① Temporary closure
We will be closed from 10am to 5pm on Sunday, March 9th, 2025.

②Delivery schedule
Orders placed by 23:59 on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 will be shipped by Thursday, March 6, 2025
Orders placed after 00:00 on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

③ Regarding order periods when delivery dates and times cannot be specified
Please note that if you place an order during the following period, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

・If you order a pre-order item that has not yet been released and a regular item that is currently on sale at the same time, the delivery will be on the latest release date of the pre-order item.
Please be careful when ordering pre-order items, and consider splitting your orders in advance.
・Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express. Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
- If the street number or room number of the delivery address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, shipping or arrival may be delayed.
When applying, please make sure that your shipping address information is entered correctly.
