Apology for the concentrated access

Due to high traffic volumes, the site was difficult to connect to between 12:00 and 15:30 on February 3, 2025.
The service has now been restored, but we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and trouble caused to our customers during the difficulties connecting to the site.
We will continue to make further efforts to prevent recurrence and improve our services so that this kind of thing does not happen again in the future.
