Delivery Schedule

Orders placed by 23:59 on Monday, February 24th, 2020 will be shipped by Wednesday, February 26th, 2020

Orders placed after 00:00 on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 will be shipped sequentially from Tuesday, March 3, 2020

Notes

・Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates and times during the period from 17:00 on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 to 10:00 on Friday, February 28, 2020.

・If you order a pre-order item that has not yet been released and a regular item that is currently on sale at the same time, the delivery will be on the latest release date of the pre-order item.
Please be careful when ordering pre-order items, and consider splitting your orders in advance.
・Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express. Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
- If the street number or room number of the delivery address is entered incorrectly or incompletely, shipping or arrival may be delayed.
When applying, please make sure that your shipping address information is entered correctly.
・If we receive a large number of orders, the shipping date may be delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
