• To exchange for rare bays, you must register as a member at TOMY MALL.
• Rare Bay will be shipped by Hikyaku Yu-Packet. Shipping fee of 350 JPY (Tax incl.) will be borne by the customer.
• Cash on delivery is not available for delivery by Hikyaku Yu-Packet.
• If you purchase this product together with products other than those that can be shipped by Hikyaku Yu-Packet

• The number of "Rare Bay Exchange Tickets" that can be obtained is up to 20 per scanned bay code of the product that can be unlocked with the app function. Please see here for products that can be unlocked with the app function.
• "Rare Bay Exchange Tickets" will no longer be available once you have more than 20.
• Rare Bay exchanges and limited item sales may end without notice.
• When the exchange of rare Bays or the sale of limited items ends, the tickets required to exchange or purchase the target items will be deleted from the app.
• The content and items released in the Rare Bey Get Battle may change without notice.


• We are unable to answer inquiries regarding the lottery, such as how the winners of the Rare Bey Get Battle are determined.
• Please do not transfer or resell the code displayed on the rare bay exchange ticket to a third party. Also, you cannot share it with other IDs.
• If we find any fraudulent conduct or otherwise deem the transaction inappropriate, we may cancel the tickets that we have granted.
