AZ-15 Psycho Genosaurer Concept Sketch

For the Psycho Genosaurer, we have created additional weapon designs that are entirely new.
Based on the anime's design, we considered adjusting the volume and adding details to suit the AZ series. The pulse laser rifle on the back was newly sculpted with a design that closely resembles the balance of the Tomy version.
At this stage, it had a design with wings, similar to the standard Geno Saurer, but these were omitted in the final design.

The head's "flexible laser" and "composite laser sensor," the legs' "illusion generator" that sprays mist to project 3D images, and the "long-range pulse laser rifle" mounted on the back have all been newly sculpted through a redesign.

Driven by a motor, it walks realistically as if it were alive, and in response, the entire body moves from head to tail. Retaining the redesigned leg structure from the AZ-09 Geno Saurer, the toes move in sync with walking, enabling bipedal walking ZOIDS movement without the traditional auxiliary bar.

  • The focused charged particle beams in the eyes and mouth emit light.

  • The neck moves up and down.

  • The tail moves from side to side.

  • The ZOIDS core inside the chest glows.

  • The toes of the legs open and close in conjunction with walking.

The armor parts are movable, allowing for left-right rotation and elevation adjustment of the long-range pulse laser rifle on the back, as well as opening and closing of the cockpit hatch. The inclusion of numerous movable parts creates a mechanical spectacle befitting a weapon.

  • The upper and lower neck armor opens and closes.

  • The base can rotate left and right, and the elevation angle can also be adjusted up and down.

  • The tail armor opens and closes.

  • The tail heat dissipation fins open and close.

  • The cockpit hatch on the underside opens and closes.

  • The claws on the arms can be opened and closed, and the elbows are articulated, allowing for various poses.

  • The cylinders on the arms extend and retract.

  • The cylinders on the legs extend and retract.

  • The leg vernier covers open and close.

  • The leg anchors are movable.

  • The illusion generators on the legs open and close.

Various armor parts for the Geno Saurer are also included, allowing you to create a Geno Saurer dyed purple.
It is possible to assemble it.
It also includes 1/72 scale figures of Liese and a regular soldier pilot who can be seated in the abdominal cockpit. Furthermore, a figure of the Organoid Specular is also included.
