Main operating areas: Western Tokyo's 23 wards, Minami-Tama area, Kita-Tama area, etc.
It is a group company of Keio Corporation, which has expanded its line network from the western part of Tokyo's 23 wards to the Minami Tama and Kita Tama regions.
It serves almost all major stations on the Keio Line and JR Chuo Line from Shinjuku to Takao, and its color scheme is a familiar sight in Tokyo.
