Main operating areas: Eastern Tokyo's 23 wards, South-Central, Southeast, and Southwestern Saitama Prefecture, North-West Chiba Prefecture, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, etc.
It is a group company of Tobu Railway, which has an expanding network of lines from the eastern part of Tokyo's 23 wards to the south-central, southeastern and southwestern parts of Saitama Prefecture, the northwestern part of Chiba Prefecture, and Nikko City in Tochigi Prefecture.
It serves terminal stations such as Kita-Senju, Kashiwa, Soka, Omiya, and Kawagoe.
