3. The appearance of the standard model is attractive
The Toyota Corolla/Sprinter was popular as one of the world's top mass-produced cars.
For a long time, sports models equipped with DOHC engines were treated as something special, known as the Levin/Trueno, but with the introduction of the AE85/86 series in 1983, the name Levin/Trueno evolved to collectively refer to both 2-door and 3-door body shapes.
The AE85/86 series, which was sold until 1987, was the last FR model and remains extremely popular today.
TLV-NEO released the 2-door Levin in 2023, and is now releasing a new version.
The N284d is a reproduction of the basic early GT model, which was only available as a 2-door version of the AE86 equipped with the 4A-G twin cam engine, while the N284e is a model of the lime white of the 1500cc AE85.
The side stripes are for the 1983 model, different from the 1984 model of N284b.
The 2-door Levin was popular in competitions due to its high body rigidity and light weight, but you can also enjoy the clean appearance of the standard model, which is now rare.
