フェラーリ社の40周年記念車として1987年に発表されたF40。
当時世界最速の座に輝いたF40は、創始者エンツォ・フェラーリが最後に関与した車として人気沸騰。
当初の予定を大きく上回る累計1311台もの生産台数を記録し、当時の日本においても突出した知名度を誇りました。
F40以降、フェラーリのハイエンドモデルはスペチアーレとして発表されていますが、元祖となるF40は特に高い人気を誇ります。
日本におけるフェラーリの歴史に残る車であり、1980年代末～90年代のアイコンでもあるF40。
TLVとしては最初に製品化したフェラーリでもありますが、今回はスライド式のサイドウィンドウを装着した仕様を製品化します。
また、ストレートに近い排気系のパーツも新規に製作しました。
発表当初のF40により近いイメージを再現します。
