The 5200 series is back in the Tetsuro Meitetsu train series!
・The Meitetsu 5200 series is a vehicle that began operation in 1957.
This series had a front-through design, and only the leading car was manufactured so that it could be operated in a two-car formation.
In 1964, the 5000 series, which had previously been six-car trains, was converted to four-car trains, and all but one train were replaced with the 5200 series with four-car trains.
- From 1978, special maintenance was carried out and the side windows were changed to unit windows.
- For a long time, these cars were used on express trains, but by 1987 they were scrapped and some of the running equipment was transferred to the 5300 series, while the carriages were transferred to Toyohashi Railway and operated as the 1900 series.
*Antenna cannot be attached due to mold restrictions.
*We recommend the TM-13R (19m class B) power unit, TT-04R running parts set, and PT42FN2 type <6707> pantograph.
*Display stand is not included.
