  In the year 25XX, Antoma City is a place where various cultures and histories intersect.
  Although there were occasional incidents that exposed corruption among the police leadership, this town had generally been a peaceful place to live. However, in recent years, the public safety situation had deteriorated significantly.
  
  The cause of the trouble is a mysterious female robbery gang calling themselves DIS, which suddenly appeared.
  They always worked in pairs, defaulting on the assets earned by the citizens of Antoma.
  
  However, Ms. Angel, known as the "Angel of Perfect Editing" for purging corruption from the police leadership and becoming the new head of the police force, issued a "perfect decree" to create an elite two-person unit to counter the DIS.
  
  Its name is Metropolitan Enforcement of Twin Agents, or META for short.
  
  This is the story of DIS and META unfolding in Antoma City.

However, their performance is vastly different from police-grade decks, and there is a significant difference, especially in whether or not they can be used in person-to-person combat.
  
  For some reason, there are decks on the market that perform just as well as those used by the police and can be used in person-to-person combat, and they are widely used by many criminals, especially those involved in DIS (Dissident Insurgency) crimes.

  Despite their fame, little is known about the organization itself, other than that it has a leader named Mrs. Petency and two pairs known as the Four Heavenly Kings, and its purpose remains unknown.
   
  Because when they are arrested, they glow fluorescently and explode without a trace, presumably to silence them.
