Soundwave is one of the most popular characters in the series by transforming into stereo cassettes and deploying cassette units from his chest.
Retaining the original size and the G1 style with zinc alloy in parts, it features movable joints for free posing, new transformation modes, and luxurious accessories, making it a revival in the Missing Link series.
This time, the anime type comes with a newly designed cassette ron called the "Condor Cybertron Mode (Anime Type)," the first time in the G1 format that it has been 3D in the G1 format.
This Cassettron first appeared in episode 1, 'Road to Earth,' of the anime 'Fight! Super robots Lifeform TRANSFORMERS.' Although it is the Condor's appearance on Cybertron, it is a legendary character who has never been commercialized in the G1 format before. With this Missing Link, a new cassette is added to the Cassettron lineup.
The Soundwave (anime type) body is a three-dimensional mechanical sculpture that was then expressed flat by sticker.
Foil stickers you can apply to your liking are also included.
Additionally, with a completely redesigned joint, it can now adopt much freer action poses such as 'single-knee standing' and 'eject pose,' and as a third mode, it can transform into 'Light Standard Mode' shown in episode 1 of the anime, 'Road to Earth.'
He takes on the appearance of a streetlamp on his home planet Cybertron, deceiving the Cybertrons.
Included accessories include familiar equipment such as the electric launcher, vibration blaster gun, and barrier case, as well as headphones, command microphone, and cables—features of the domestic version at the time—with some color schemes changed from the D-01 Soundwave (sold separately).

The main body of the Soundwave (anime type) and Condor Cybertron Mode (anime type) also has a "secret emblem" attached, and when warmed with your finger, a legion emblem appears.
Each is equipped with separately sold joint holes for stands, allowing display in action poses.
The package illustration is a newly drawn version inspired by the era, and a collection card is also included.
