③ Take the egg out and shine a flashlight into it to see if the contents are stirring.
④Wrap the eggs in plastic wrap.
5. Boil water in a pot, turn off the heat when it boils, and add the eggs with a ladle.

⑧Remove from the plastic wrap, break it into pieces and it's ready!
If you pour caramel sauce over it, it tastes just like pudding!
If you pour some mentsuyu over it, it tastes just like chawanmushi!
