Actual vehicle introduction
The NS401 train set at the Suita General Rolling Stock Center Nara Branch is notable for having an early model air-conditioned car as its lead car, and was in service until 2018.
Features
・High grade (HG) specification
- Both leading cars are replicas of the NS401 train, an early model air-conditioned car.
- The Kuha 103 type has a newly produced slanted roof running board edge, and the No. 168 door reproduces the shape of the metal stopper.
- Two wipers are installed on the front glass
・The gable side recreates the appearance of the windows being filled in.
- Car number and JR mark are printed
・H rubber is expressed in black
-Air piping at the end of the car is reproduced
-ATS vehicle mounted sub parts included
- Head and tail lights and front display are equipped with a constant lighting board and an ON-OFF switch
-Head and tail lights and front display are illuminated by warm white LEDs
- The front display uses a color prism to illuminate in a color close to white.
- The front display is a replaceable, printed part
