アウトバーンを駆け抜ける欧州のDセグメントセダンをライバルに見据え、また国内では往年のAE86レビン／ トレノの再来としてプロモーションされたトヨタのFRスポーツセダンがアルテッツァです。
国内では新販売チャンネル『ネッツ』店初の新型車として、また海外では初代レクサスISとして販売され、それぞれの性格の違いで国内専用の4気筒、海外を中心とした6気筒とエンジンを使い分けていました。
1998年から2005年まで生産されましたが、コンパクトなFRセダンとして最近再び脚光を浴びています。
TLV-NEOでは2021年に初登場、大好評を頂いたアルテッツァに新色が追加です。
どちらも後期型RS200で、最もスポーティとされた Zエディションと、海外仕様に準じた装備の『Lエディション』を再現。
オプションのリアスポイラーはZエディションは大型のもの、Lエディションは小型のものを、それぞれユーザー取付部品としました。
