Railway Collection JR 123 Series 600 Series 2 Car Set

The 123 series electric train is a DC commuter train that was modified for local lines from freight trains that were in use during the Japan National Railways era.
Of these, the 600 series was introduced in 1988 by JR Central when it modified Kumoya 145-601 and 602.
It was mainly used for local transport between Fuji and Nishi-Fujinomiya on the Minobu Line, but it also served the entire line for local trains and vehicle transfers between Kajikazawaguchi and Kofu, and on the Tokaido Line in the Shizuoka area for depot entry and retrieval.
Until its retirement in 2007, it was operated alongside the 123 series 5040s and 115 series 2000s, and towards the end of its life it was also used alongside the 373 series and 313 series.
This time, we will be producing a two-car set of the 123 series 600 series, dressed in JR Central's standard ivory base with orange and green stripes and equipped with a C-AU711 type air conditioner.
