Railway Collection JNR Series 32 Minobu Line 2-Car Set D

The Minobu Line is a line of Japanese National Railways (now JR Central) that originated from the former Tominobu Railway, connecting Fuji Station in Fuji City, Shizuoka Prefecture and Kofu Station in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
Because the narrow tunnel that was constructed before nationalization was electrified as it was, there were height restrictions on the vehicles that could enter the line, and so-called "low-roof cars" numbered in the 800 series were mainly used.
The 32 series was manufactured for the Yokosuka Line, and was diverted to the Iida Line and Minobu Line when its successor was introduced. When diverted, the intermediate trailer car was converted to a control car, and the roofs of all the motor cars for the Minobu Line were lowered, greatly changing the impression.
This product is a two-car set that combines the KuMoHa 14-800 series, which is characterized by its low roof based on the MoHa 32, and the KuHa 47, which has been modified from a SaHa car. Set C and Set D each feature cars with different front shapes.
Enjoy the freedom to create formations that are unique to old national railways, such as a 4-car formation by combining each set, or a 2-car formation by rearranging the cars.
